All telephone bookings are provisional and will be held for five days. A non refundable deposit of £100.00 per week secures the booking.
The balance is due eight weeks prior to the start of the holiday, a reminder will be sent. Cheques and postal orders are to be made payable to B & M Sembhi. If you make a booking less than six weeks before your holiday, the full payment is required at the time of booking. The caravan is let on weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday, although in the low season this can be open to change. On the day of departure the caravan needs to be vacated by 10am, and arrivals can only enter from 2.30pm. The caravan should be left in a clean and tidy condition and the person making the booking is responsible for any damage caused.
You must ensure that the caravan keys are returned to reception on the day of departure. Failure to do so will result in a charge of £10-00 to replace the keys.
We are unable to accept single sex parties or groups under the age of 21.
Should accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.
If you have to cancel the holiday due to accident or illness, written confirmation will be required along with a doctor's note.
If this occurs with more than 28 days to the start of your holiday then a full refund minus the deposit will be made.
From 28 days to 21 days then 50% minus the deposit will be refunded.
From 20 days to 14 days then 40% minus the deposit will be refunded.
From 14 days prior to your arrival, no refund will be made.
IN CASE OF A DISPUTE OUR DECISION IS FINAL.
As we do not own the caravan site we cannot accept responsibility for any alterations in facilities from those advertised.
